Shipping Policy
All Sofvita products are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States using secure, tracked delivery methods. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order meets the threshold. No code necessary.
Order Processing
We aim to process all orders placed before 11:00 PM EST on the same business day. During busy periods or promotional events, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed.
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.
Order cancellations or modifications are not possible once an order has been placed, as we begin processing immediately.
Tracking Your Order
Every order is shipped with full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@sofvita.com.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically on your renewal date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for each shipment.
If you need to update your shipping address before your next subscription shipment, please do so through your account dashboard or contact us at info@sofvita.com at least 3 business days before your renewal date.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses within the United States. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than the estimates listed above.
Shipping Delays
All delivery times listed are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Sofvita is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
During promotional periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or seasonal sales, order processing and shipping times may increase due to high order volume.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sofvita.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and any other members of your household
- Look in safe places around your delivery location where the carrier may have left the package
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
- If the package is still not found, contact us at info@sofvita.com within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the matter
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional countries in the future.
