ORDERS & SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping (2–5 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Standard shipping is $4.99. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. No code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout. Expedited shipping is available for $9.99.
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional countries. Sign up for our email list to be notified when we begin shipping to your region.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use this link to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@sofvita.com.
We begin processing orders immediately, so cancellations or modifications are not possible once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@sofvita.com. We'll check whether the address can still be updated before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
We recommend the following steps: confirm the delivery address on your order, check with neighbors or household members, look in safe places around your delivery location where the carrier may have left the package, and review any delivery notes from the carrier. If you still can't locate it, contact us at info@sofvita.com within 7 days with your order and tracking details and we'll work with you to resolve it.
No. All our products are shipped from within the United States to US addresses, so there are no customs fees, import duties, or additional taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Each product has an expiration date printed on the label or bottom of the bottle. We recommend using the product before this date for optimal potency and freshness.

When you choose the subscription option at checkout, you'll receive your selected product(s) delivered automatically at the interval you choose (e.g. every 30 days). You save 15% on every subscription order compared to one-time purchases.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Simply log into your account, go to your subscription settings, and cancel before your next renewal date. You can also contact us at info@sofvita.com. You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.
Yes. You can skip an upcoming shipment or pause your subscription through your account dashboard. We recommend making changes at least 3 business days before your next renewal date to ensure it's processed in time.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Full details are available on our Return & Refund Policy page.
Unfortunately, opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons. This applies to all products with broken or missing safety seals.
Contact us at info@sofvita.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return is processed. For faulty or damaged items, we cover the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Please contact us at info@sofvita.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You won't need to return the damaged item.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system. Your credit card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Discount codes may have specific terms regarding subscription orders. Enter your code at checkout to see if it applies. Subscription orders already include a 15% discount, and some codes may not be stackable.
